Indus Hydraulic Blast Hole Drill (D/E) is a Crawler Mounted, Self Propelled, Multi Pass, Hydraulically Operated, Rugged, Reliable Blast Hole Drilling Rig with following Specifications:
Drilling Capacity: 159 to 279 mm (6 ¼” to 11” ) dia. Holes as Rotary / DTH Drilling upto a Drilling Depth 35 to 53 mtrs.
Mounting: Heavy Duty Tracks with Adequate Supporting Rollers on both sides. Each Track driven by an Independent Hydraulic motor with Integral Brakes. Tramming Gradability: 25%
Mast: Heavy duty Structural Steel Construction. Mast height suitable for handling drill pipes of 7.62 to 11 mtrs (25/30/33/36 ft) available.
Feed: Heavy duty Twin Chain System with Micro Feed Control. Options of Twin Chain with Twin Hydraulic Motors - Pull Down/ Pull Up force : 13,600 to 22,800 Kgs. With Chain and Twin Hydraulic Cylinders Pull down force : 13,600 to 22,800 Kgs, Pull Up: 9,100 to 15,000 Kgs
Rotary Head: Twin Hydraulic Motors with Spur Gear Reduction System : 345 to 1240 Kg.m at 0 -100 /150 RPM. Options of different rotary head torque with variable speed range available.
Air Compressor: Single Stage or Two Stage, Oil Flooded, Screw type with capacity ranging from 17 to 34 m³/min (600 to 1,900 cfm) and working pressure ranging from 5 to 24 kg/cm² (70 /100 / 150 / 350 psi) available.
Power Unit : Both Options of Diesel Engine or Electric Motor as Prime Mover for Driving both Screw Compressor and Hydraulic System available.
Leveling Jacks: Heavy duty, three nos. hydraulic jacks with safety check valves.
Dust Control: Options of High Efficiency Dry type Dust Control System or Non-Visible Emission (NVE) Dust Control System or Wet type Water Injection or Spraying system available.
Drill Pipe Handling: Hydraulic operated barrel loader to hold three / six drill pipes of sizes 100 to 140 mm (4” to 5 ½”) dia. and lengths ranging from7.62 to11 mtrs (25 to 36 ft) available.
